Something I Learned From the Younger People on My Crew

It seems to me that the longer you do something, the better you get at it. Most things in life take a while to get good at. Like being a doctor or scientist.

But I think that hustling is something that people have a natural talent for. Even though you get better at it the more you do it, some people are good as soon as they start.

You can teach someone what mistakes not to make. Or give them some pointers here and there. But you can't teach someone how to be hot property.

There is one thing that I learned from my experience as a businessman:
I would much rather choose a person that is 16-17 that can hustle to be on my team, than a 20something year old with a marketing degree and no hands on experience.
(I'm a marking major myself, but I think a degree doesn't prove shit)

The best sales people are the ones that just do it. I know it sounds corny, but people that don't need to be told what to do are the best to work with.

I'm thankful that I have some people like that on the Kush Co team :)

My philosophy: You like to party and get fucked up? S-H-I-T so do I.
As long as you get shit done, who cares what you do in your spare time?

The Most Important Thing in Business

The most important thing that makes a business successful is the team of course.

The hardest part about getting the right people on the team is finding them.

Looking for people to be on the team will not always find you the best.

The best people come to you.

It's a very simple concept that took me years to realize.

The best way to learn something is to just do it.

I hear a lot of great ideas that never go anywhere because people just don't try.

If you have a dream, just go for it!
